Nature taught us to see: a form is gaining like a mountain or a tree with an increasing size more and more importance and contrast. Many forms are creating patterns with an increasing number, which helps us to recognize also the whole forest. Colours are illuming, help masking, are warning or reflect a state - just to let us know, what we can safely consume and what we should better leave. All this contributed to our present survival: We look. We associate. We learn. We communicate. But the more we understand, the more abstract, unclear and comparative are becoming the other domains. So we are inventing more and more new names and symbols - just to rejoice in the new illusion of understanding.
|
| Nevertheless we
are anticipating since ever, that there must be more to see. So we are
abstracting, are searching for causes for everything which is happening beyond
our understanding. we are searching for the big formula of chaos and play for
better or for worse and with all possible resources. The respective zeitgeist is
separating us by searching for answers about right or wrong in parallel
societies with arbitrarily and poorly conceived dogmas and humanities. |
|
| But today we have
rediscovered the need for dialogue. Our own cultural symbols, ideologies and
zeitgeists cannot help us along with this, because they are holding no universal
validity. Our nature is the only circumstance, that all individuals have in
common: She was teaching us all times patience, benefits, beauty and perish
ability. Nature has no interest in good and evil. She is just playing with the
forms and colours of life. Let's use this clearance in search of commonalities! |

|
| Similar to the symbolical
creation of the first being I am also kneading, twisting and drawing forms to
let them grow on canvas, until they seem to be perfect. As a balanced and
aesthetic dialogue is only possible between different form-entities, I am adding
contra-forms. Because of the deliberate missing of symbols these organic forms
can only be recognized as patterns in their totality - an become associative. |
|
| The development of these
organistic forms is being appointed by colours. Just like the inside and
outside, like edge and curve my artworks are participating (at least in the
beginning) by their oppositeness, which is often moderated by laminating and dry
acrylic techniques during the process of development. |
|
| As a result the artworks come
into being by vital forms in bright colours and amazing conditions. And then I
entitle these conditions. |
